| Frequent Questions

Q. Do I need previous yoga experience?

No, I highly recommend starting with SUP 101 as it is a great introduction to SUP Yoga.

Q. Can I bring my own paddleboard?

Yes, at certain locations and custom classes you can, and it will save you money ($10 in most cases) Please consider bringing your own anchor or going without one as I do not have extras.

Q. Do I need to know how to swim in order to take SUP 101 or SUP Yoga?

No, I will have a life vest for you. Please keep in mind that this is not a swimming course, so you should be comfortable in water.

Q. How old does my child have to be to take a SUP class?

Currently, some of my programs have set age limits. I am available to offer private courses if your child or group does not meet the age required. Safety is my number one concern; however, I do not have an age minimum as you know your child best. Children and young adults are welcome, but it is important that they are able to follow rules and directions. A guardian will need to be present to sign the waiver since they are under age.

None of your classes work for me and my current schedule- do you have any other options?

Yes, contact me to put together your own class (1-8).
